How Does Kay Panabaker already have a collage degree??

In what? and how? but how did she get out at age 13?? Whats here degree in?

3. Collage degrees are not hard to get. You just have to be able to cut out pictures and place them on a piece of tagboard, and wallah - you then have a collage degree! College degrees, on the other hand, are much harder to come by! LOL :0)
