Is Kay Panabaker a genius?

Her website says "Valedictorian at her high school, from which she graduated at age 13, Kay received her Associate's Degree at age 15 and just finished her last quarter at UCLA. Kay received two academic scholarships from the community college she attended and was on the Dean's list there, graduating with honors. She completed her BA in History from UCLA before she turned 18."
